Bug ID: 228555
Summary: Using either Firefox and Chrome can bring system down.
Product: Base System
Version: 10.4-RELEASE
Hardware: amd64

Status: New
Severity: Affects Some People
Priority: ---
Component: kern

crash log
Using either Firefox or Chrome access following URL will take system down:
www.visualcapitalist.com/interactive-map-price-per-square-foot-us-housing-markets
Firefox typically hangs the system forever, and Chrome crashes the system
immediately.
Browser specific issues:
After crash, system reboots and cleans FS up (done by fsck) , firefox can be
started without issue, but starting Chrome will continue to crash the system
and generate coredump (crash log is attached); and somehow, a few Chrome
crashes can erase Firefox's history and settings (not intentionally to repeat
this issue because chrome crash damages the file system badly).
