Added a patch for removing the EFI booter image from the produced ISOs.

You would be looking at "man release" example #1 and after "cd src" just apply
the patch with "patch -p0 < freebsd-remove-efi-from-iso.patch" and then
continue according to the man page.

The patch is against stable/11, but I suppose it will work on later versions.
