The i2c util in HEAD still does not work. I've not tried it on a RPi.

See my comment above on what it is currently broken on.

On another note trying the newi2c.c that was linked to seems to give me some
issues as well. But it actually works though. the issues with it is outputting
it. It uses stderr instead of stdout.
