Does anyone know of a workaround for this? I'm observing this on servers with
arc_max set to 256MB that're OOM-killing things because the ARC is consuming
many GB.

Also, in my experience it only recently started on fairly mature 11.1
installations, so I wonder if it's because of a recent errata update.
