Hi!

I've got same issue with HBA-1000-8i8e and smartpqi driver (still waiting ... 
for xpt_config).
Controller firmware flashed on last release ver 4.02 form Microsemi.

Also, it seems that smartpqi driver not properly loaded (I did't catch output
yet).

I think this problem could be similar for Adaptec raid and HBA boards.
