            Bug ID: 225964
Summary: Please provide 'reboot -f' Linux equivalent
           Product: Base System
           Version: 11.1-RELEASE
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: bin
          Assignee: freebsd-bugs at FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: vermaden at interia.pl

Hi,

on Linux I can use 'reboot -f' command that is very close to just send the ACPI
to reset the system, just like You would press 'reset' button on the computer
case.

I have tried to find similar command on FreeBSD but I failed, the only
'alternative' is to 'reboot -q -n -l' but that still leave system hanged not
rebooted.

Thread here:
https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/how-to-instantly-reboot-freebsd-system.64685/

Is there a change to implement such flag/command on FreeBSD?

Regards.
