Overview: 

On some of our more heavily-trafficked c5.large and c5.xlarge servers we're
seeing kernel panics & reboots as often as 2-3 times per day.

Steps to Reproduce:

Have a server with a good amount of network traffic (~3000pps) using the ena
network adapter. Wait a day or less.
