What's nice about this problem is it is debuggable.  The build hangs, but the
system doesn't.  So, it should be possible to examine the system state, maybe
to trace some things before the problem strikes.
I mean 'nice' as in contrast to other (mostly earlier) problems on Ryzen where
the hardware would just shut off and you are left with no clues.
