There's not enough information here to reproduce.  Given the age of the bug,
I'm going to close it.  If the problem is still present, then reopen it, and
make sure to specify:

1) What cisco product and version are you using?
2) What tftp command triggers the bug?
3) How is tftpd configured?
4) How frequently does the bug reproduce?

A packet dump would be useful too, especially if you don't know the answer to
2, or if the bug is not reliably reproducible.
