Unfortunately, this workaround was not help me.

After add "vfs.zfs.cache_flush_disable=1" to "/boot/loader.conf" and reboot.
I still have the same log after boot:

The problem is still relevant with
# sysctl vfs.zfs.cache_flush_disable                                            
vfs.zfs.cache_flush_disable: 1
