Computer: PackardBell EasyNote MH36-V-060FR
FreeBSD img : FreeBSD-12.0-CURRENT-amd64-20180412-r332432-memstick.img

With root or any user of the operator (& wheel) groups.

when enter 'shutdown -p now', 'reboot' or 'halt', the system close all properly
and stop with :
syslog: exiting on signal 15

but no power off or restart, i must hold the power button.

No error in any log (only where i've looked, i'm a noob)

All works fine in 11.1 with same computer and same "configuration".
