The file(1) utility erroneously swaps the previous and the current dump dates,
in fact in a chronologically impossible order:
restore > what

Dumped from: Sun Oct 15 03:13:21 2017
Level 5 dump of / on techno2.sibptus.transneft.ru:/dev/da0p2

restore > quit
$ file techno2.dmp
