One of the two patches had a variant
checked-in at -r324207: the one to
allow non-debug kernel's to boot.
(-r324207 did not use the just-"ish"
dsb variant and I've not tested the
change. But I expect that it was a
fix.)

This still leaves the identcpu.c's sev
instruction not having a dsb form
of memory barrier before it (which is
what ARM documents as always
recommended before sev).
