I am retiring my few net6501 systems as they have become less reliable with
age. I am not alone with the failures, the warranties are running out, and the
vendor has ceased new sales in the USA. I have no expectations the SATA issue
will be addressed and I don't see much of a need for it. I am closing this bug
report.
