okay, got a screen capture of the crash. It seems related to the Nvidia driver.
So I removed the Nvida card and inserted an AMD Radeon card instead.

The non-mini crash dump is usable neither with "kgbd" nor "kgdb7121" - both
complain about "cannot read KPML4phys".

At the moment I'm running a poudriere bulk build again...
