The bug was first described in ZfsOnLinux, see here:

The way to reproduce it is found here:

I can reproduce it on FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE.

It was resolved by code in the first link. As far as I can tell it has not
landed in CURRENT, yet. Could somebody look into this?
