Please just enable mlx4/mlxen in the build, as a loadable module. The
ConnectX-2 is the cheapest 10G card on eBay, so pretty much everyone who's
doing 10G at home is buying that.

mlx5en is built by default and you can just kldload it, mlxen is not and you
need to make install first, which kinda sucks. A lot of people will think that
it's just not supported!
