I've update the config checkboxes as suggested, and it appears to have helped
somewhat. The warm reboot now either:
1. completes successfully, or
2. reboots one more time and succeeds.

I would tentatively suggest that the issue be closed.

Curious to note that this reboot issue did not occur until my update to BETA-3.
However, it should be noted that Windows had also updated itself about the same
time.
