Patch for ig4

ichiic/ig4 support for more recent hardware has progress quite a bit in
DragonFly BSD. The attached patch tracks these changes and adds the following:
* Kaby Lake / Intel 100 series PCH (Sunrise Point-H) IDs
* correct controller initialization after power down

Recent laptops ship with HID over I2C trackpads, this is the first patch to get
access to devices on the bus.
