patch to fix the problem

When using ipfw to manipulate tables and specifying all for the table name it
ignores the set parameter and operates on all tables in all sets.  All four
commands (list, info, detail and flush) are affected.

I patched ipfw on my machine so I could keep working on my firewall.  I've
included the patch.
