Hi Ron,
you are right no download for 10.x, but there is a driver for 9.3 in the old
pkg format.
I'm not sure if it will work on 10.x and for FC but maybe give it a try.

Perhaps Koobs or another Bugzilla admin can add the Emulex contact email
address freebsd-drivers at emulex.com to the PR (does not exist until now so I
cannot add the address to the CC list)
