Bug 26519 - Clang 3.8.0's "Target: powerpc-unknown-freebsd11.0" code generation
is violating the ABI involved

I'd still like to be able to add specific ABI documentation references. I've
listed you as the source of my hear-say about the ABI status.

I left its priority at "normal", not "release blocker". Is 3.8.0 already
released so "too late now"? But the setting might need to be changed.
