attach disk on LUN > 7

User can not attach a SCSI disk on LUN 8 (before that, there is no SCSI disk
attached, which means LUN 0 is not in use) on Win2008R2/Win2012/Win2012R2 with
FreeBSD 11.0 or 11 stable.
