I can now confirm that on my T520:
HEAD       resumes
10.2-BETA2 fails
10.1       resumes

So the problem is a regression on 10, but works fine on HEAD.
Again, the system suspends normally but does not seem to even start the resume
operation on 10.2-BETA2 and requires a power cycle.
