This could well be fixed by:

If you still have the effected system and can check by either applying the
patch and rebuilding and installing an updated kernel

Alternatively rebooting with the following in /boot/loader.conf which is
manually overriding the msi count should help confirm as well.
hint.achi.0.msi="1"
