I am installing FreeBSD-10.2-RELEASE-amd64 in Supermicro 1028U-TR4T+ .
Everytime FreeBSD boot process runs, server always restart itself. Before
restart, console show:

spin lock 0xffffffff80f99d00 () held by 0xffffffff8079c720 (tid) too long
panic: spin lock held too long
cpuid = 0
===

This error didn't show when install FreeBSD 9.3.
