Patch for usbdevs and usb_quirk.ca

I would like someone to kindly add the quirk for support of the Linksys
USB3GIGV1 USB Ethernet adapter.  The USB Ethernet adapter works fine with the
if_cdce module (tested on amd64 and armv6).

Attached are patches for usbdevs and usb_quirk.c
