Most submittal-specific things for bugs.freebsd.org just get: 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.6.1

(At least it has been that way for me for some time, although I've not frequently trying until today. I was going guessing temporary/intermittent but none of my tries have worked in some time. So I just tried a bunch of accesses and all failed as indicated.)
