I tested the modified image with a Lenovo X220, which refuses to legacy boot
anything GPT.  It wouldn't even boot the USB image unless I UEFI boot. I
installed to an external drive with the auto ZFS option, but not luck legacy
booting off that drive.  I'm thinking the booting issue with the X220 is a
different issue, i.e., not related to setting the active flag in GPT PMBR.
