This is a known issue.
The problem is the 10.0-RELEASE builds were built using the
src/release/release.sh code in head/ (11.0-CURRENT), where the ldconfig(8)
startup script was run prior to the port build stage.
It is an oversight on my part that this was not merged in time to hit the
10.0-RELEASE codebase, and I apologize.
You are not required to use the src/release/release.sh from the branch you are
building a release, and in fact, I would recommend that the version in head/ is
always used because it is faster to receive bug fixes.
Sorry for the inconvenience this causes in this specific case. It is
unfortunately not an Errate Notice item, as it does not address a security
issue in the branch.
This was fixed in head/ prior to the release.
