I expected this to work because of the results I thought I was seeing in other
operating systems. But this is not the case. Windows for example appears to be
attempting to resolve link local addresses without zone IDs, perhaps using
something like http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-kitamura-ipv6-zoneid-free-01.
Will investigate further, but this is not a bug in resolver.
