I just experienced this on my HP Proliant MicroServer after upgrading to 10.1. 
An overnight zpool scrub left ahcich2 and ahcich3 both timing out.  System was
unresponsibe and had to force power off.  Everything seemed to come up ok and
the scrub resumed.
