FreeBSD 9 shows a completely different behavior during the test.
While with FreeBSD 10 the CLOSED and CLOSE_WAIT number go up and down all the
time, they stay pretty much stable on FreeBSD 9.

As of this I don't think FreeBSD 9 will show the issue at all which is in line
with what our admins observed.
