	I recently upgraded one of my stratum 1 NTP servers. I had
	been using /dev/pps0 with a parallel port but the new system
	did not have one.

	I added a SIIG x1 pci-e single parallel port card (JJ-E01211-S1)
	however it was not auto-detected by the kernel.
