Machine has kernel panic'ed around 6 or 7  times now. Each time with the same Panic.

Panic String: handle_workitem_remove: bad file delta

I have 6 core dumps to work with. 

It's a pretty plain file server, NFS and Samba (mostly NFS). No fancy config, just 72TB off of a 3Ware controller.

Just happens, no way to induce the issue. I haven't seen any increase in load or traffic that would cause the issue.
