This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 4880 and 3156)
 --MWGbNFtLhPVqLTrrC7cb8fqWcrsJ4FNfW
 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

I have now narrowed the reboots down to this line:

nat on egress from any to any -> (egress) sticky-address

 or

nat pass on egress from any to any -> (egress) sticky-address

(pass doesn't matter). It's the sticky-address that causes the crashes.
 Absent that, it stays up.
