>Description:
Couldn't get Wireless LAN to work with above mentioned wireless chip set.
Through trial and error it turned out that the WiFi chip set will work fine when connecting to WPA networks but not to WEP networks - beat me to call it a security feature ;)

I'll be willing to re-install and run tests on it for you if necessary and if there is a desire on your side to get to the bottom of it. The installations used were fresh installs of the available images of 9.1, 9.2, and 10.0 RC3.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install above mentioned images. Try to connect to WEP and WPA networks during installer phase or on the running system.
>Fix:
Connect only to WPA enabled routers.
