UNDIVIDED UNDER DAVID

The Two Sticks Prophecy Of Ezekiel – Part II

The initial installment of the present work pointed out how the
Messianic Jewish led theology known as Two House, is utilizing
Ezekiel’s prophecy to claim the reunification of the Northern
Israelite tribes with the Southern tribes of Judah is an end
time’s event.

Ezekiel’s 37th chapter follows the “dry bones”
prophecy, in which the prophet sees a valley of dry bones –
identified as Israel – which comes to life. This portion of the
chapter is also claimed to be an end time’s event, with the
Jewish Supremacists claiming it applies to the alleged re-gathering of
the ethnic Jewish people into the Middle East in 1948.

The issue at hand may seem innocuous enough, as most believers have
been conditioned to accept multiple versions of prophecy as varying
opinions; however, the New Testament tells us that it is a deadly
proposition to deny that Jesus has fulfilled prophecies which were
given by the Father:

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He
is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son” (I John 2:22)

This epic verse turns on the word deny and, unfortunately, most
believers do not understand that it is not strictly addressing the idea
of simply saying that Jesus is not the LORD, as adjacent verses in the
Scriptures speak of denial as the equivalent of saying that Jesus did
not accomplish all that was required of Him, in order to fulfill the
Father’s record of the Son:

“He that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he
believeth not the record that God gave of his Son” (I John 5:10).

An excellent example of what I’m seeking to communicate is found
in the statement from the Apostle Peter, who tells us that what the
disciples observed with their own eyes was not as important as the fact
that Jesus fulfilled the prophet’s words, which specified how
Israel would know her Saviour:

“For we have not followed cunningly devised fables…but were
eyewitnesses of his majesty. We have also a more sure word of prophecy;
whereunto ye do well that ye take heed…Knowing this first, that
no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the
prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God
spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” (II Peter 1:16,
19-21).

Like so many other cases, believers have been falsely taught this
“private interpretation” refers to novel prophetic
interpretation when, in actuality, it is telling us that God Himself
gave the prophets the blueprint, as a record which would allow those
who hear His voice to identify the Saviour.

The concept of “private interpretation” indicates that no
Scripture stands alone, or is segregated from the wider body of the
Words of the Lord. Thus, those who beat people over the head with one
verse, while ignoring 20 other relevant texts, are not moving in the
Holy Spirit.

The point is, the LORD engineered prophecy through “holy men of
God,” so that when Christ arrived, those with ears to hear would
realize He is the Holy One of Israel, as He fulfilled the promises
communicated by the Father. This is why John tells us if we deny that
Jesus fulfilled any of the multitude of prophecies required of Him by
the Father’s record, we are denying that Jesus is the Christ.

It is also why John says if we take such a dreadful step, even in
ignorance, we are denying the Father as well, because we are, in
effect, calling God a liar because He is the one who designated the
moves of the Messiah:

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He
is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son” (I John 2:22)

“And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an
understanding, that we may know him that is truth, and we are in him
that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ” (I John 5:20).

Over the years, Christian prophecy has gradually been shifted to what
Christ will accomplish at His 2nd coming, instead of His work in the
first century, which identified Him as Christ in the first place
– and the two sticks prophecy of Ezekiel is a prime example.

By claiming that the LORD will bring about the supposedly physical
re-unification of the so called “lost tribes” -–
identified by the false prophets as the Christian denominations of
Europe and America – with the Jews in the Middle East in our
time, the architects of this politicized theology are now denying the
Father and the Son, for this has already occurred.

“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not
that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an
antichrist” (II John 1:7).

This is the “understanding” that John referenced when He
said “we know that the Son of God is come” (I John 5:20).

The problem that believers experience in receiving such things, is
related to the Gospel which we’ve all been taught and, in our
wretched generation, very few understand how JESUS has already
accomplished what the prophets stated would occur when the Holy One of
Israel arrived. Instead, we’ve been versed in an externalized
version of prophecy – one in which the supposed Antichrist makes
a treaty, the Jews rebuild their temple, and the military powers of the
world fight against the political aspirations of the
“chosen” people.

Ultimately, this gross misread of prophecy functions as an abomination
of desolation in the Spiritual realm, for Christ has already reunited
the divided houses of Israel and Judah, and He is the “one king
to them all” (Ezekiel 37:22).

Furthermore, He has already made a “covenant of peace” with
us, and this is the “everlasting covenant” in which He has
written His law in our hearts, in accord with adjacent prophecies:

“Moreover, I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall
be an everlasting covenant with them….For this is the covenant
that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the
Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their
hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a
people” (Ezekiel 37:26, Hebrews 8:10).

Thus, those who push the fulfillment of this prophecy into the future,
and claim that Christ is not the King over the one people, and the Two
Houses of Israel and Judah are not united in Him, are denying the
finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

“Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may
glorify thee…I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished
the work which thou gavest me to do” (John 17:1, 4).

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He
is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son” (I John 2:22)

Dear Christian Friend,

This prophecy article was sent to you by one of our volunteers –
a person who believes the LORD is doing a very special work at the
ministry which produces this writing. People need to receive this
information, but the resistance is fierce in these end times.

The Communique is but a part of the Christian Media ministry. A lot of
people are trying to stop us from what we’re doing in Bible
Prophecy, so if you’d like to read more along the lines of the
present writing, we would love to send you the Communique in the future
-- but we need to hear from you, as there are far too many people out
there to continually send it on an unsolicited basis.

To get the next installment of the Communique (it’s all free),
just hit reply and put the word YES! in the subject line, and the
person who forwarded this email to you will arrange for us to send you
links on prophecy and predictions of things you can expect to see in
the near future.

We also stream prophecy audio 24/7 and have downloadable video shows as
well, so a YES! response will get you all the links you need to access
these materials.

Some are convinced Christians should never send an Email to someone
without permission (Did the Disciples of Jesus ask people for
permission to tell them the Good News?), while others don’t
consider prophecy important – and there are other reasons people
don’t want to receive our material. If that’s the case,
just reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line (that part is
important as our software looks for that word), and we will cheerfully
delete your name from our database.

Thanks for reading this far, and we hope you’ll respond
favorably, reply with a YES!, and take a look at what the LORD has
shown us here at the Christian Media ministry.
