FreeBSD ns.optimal.odessa.ua 9.0-STABLE FreeBSD 9.0-STABLE #2: Wed Mar 7 19:58:00 EET 2012 root@:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64
>Description:
In 9.0 RELEASE amd64 PS/2 mouse doesn't appear when PS/2 keyboard disconnected (USB kbd used). No matter GENERIC or cvs-updated/builded kernel or liveCD boot. With 8.1 RELEASE kernel, Ubuntu 10.04LTS, OpenSuse 11.4, WinXP all OK on the same machine.
When PS/2 kbd attached - all OK. I'd try different mices too. M/board INTEL DG965SS, CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (2397.65-MHz K8-class CPU).
>How-To-Repeat:
This problem appears each time I boot FreeBSD 9.0 RELEASE/amd64
>Fix:
attach PS/2 keyboard. No other ways yet.
