start service as '<service> onestart'

now you can stop service using '<service> stop'
but when you use second time, when no server is started you get warn message
(see below)

# cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d/
# ./openvpn onestart
Starting openvpn.
# ./openvpn stop
Stopping openvpn.
Waiting for PIDS: 66602.
# ./openvpn stop
Cannot 'stop' openvpn. Set openvpn_enable to YES in /etc/rc.conf or use 'onestop' instead of 'stop'.
