The bsdinstall "System Configuration Menu" offers option to enable
"PS/2 mouse". There is no option for "USB mouse". I realize that
selecting "PS/2 mouse" will generate a statement in /etc/rc.conf and that
"USB mouse" is the default. But for clarity a "USB mouse" option should
be offered, even though it will not generate any config statements.

I suggest that an additional option be added to enable the
mouse copy and paste function.
