gnu/153298: Update base gcc with latest GPL2 patches (FSF 4.2.2 prerelease)

 In the meantime I have backported some useful, non-intrusive,
 GPLv2-licensed CPU types from 4.3 (core2, geode, opteron-sse3).
 
 The latest vendor version in FreeBSD is gcc 4.2 SVN rev. 126787
 It would be nice to have a patch generated out of SVN - merging just the
 exact difference between 126787 and 127959.
 I might take a look at that.
