As soon as I start X with either an X850 or X1900 in this particular machine running 9.0-CURRENT, I get a kernel crash.  There is no kernel debug prompt, and no dump created.  The only output on the serial port is below.  A radeon HD4850 works fine, leading me to believe that this is specific to the r300-r500 DRM code.  If I configure Xorg to disable glx and dri, X starts up.
