>Description:
Running gnome2 under VNC ( not tightvnc ), Drag and Drop appears to not work.

Cut and paste seems to be working but nautilus or any other applications that are drag and drop enabled seem to work.

Sounds very familiar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/587856.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run a VNC only system without starting gdm, etc.
Access a VNC session through UltraVNC or any other VNC viewer.
Drage the trash can or home folder icon on the desktop. It will return to its original location when the mouse button is released.
