When built with GETTEXT or NLS (Native Language Support) enabled, postgressql82-* depends on devel/gettext.

The version of gettext was recently bumped, see 20100530 in UPDATING.

After upgrading gettext and all dependencies (portmaster -BCHKtD --no-confirm -r gettext), pg_config and cie are broken: /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libintl.so.8" not found, required by "libelf.so.0".
>How-To-Repeat:
Compile databases/postgresql82-client with GETTEXT and/or NLS enabled, against a version of devel/gettext from before the 201000530 bump. Then upgrade devel/gettext to the current version.

PORTVERSION bump in the databases/postgresql* ports.
