misc/152874: 8.1 install fails where 7.3 works due to lack of choice of CD drive

 I hadn't actually though of trying that - I will give it a shot later
 if I get an opportunity and see if it fixes it. I have a feeling that
 the actual problem is it not seeing the 2nd CD at all after ome investigation
 though - possibly due to USB differences between 7 and 8.
