Andrew, your reported issue is quite old and belongs to a now unsupported branch.
We're closing this PR but will be happy to re-open and assist if you should experience the same issue using a supported branch.
BTW, I think it was a bktr(4) related problem and not an issue with fxtv.
WITNESS output might have helped.
