misc/140018: locks up during boot on cpu error on Dell PowerEdge 2950-iii

 Solution, or at least work-a-around.  Upgrade BIOS to 2.5.1 from Dell's
 website.  The flash floppy will reboot itself at the end of the upgrade
 and FreeBSD will lock up again.  However, it appears that after power
 cycling the server, the problem goes away.
