misc/131113: mount hangs on attempt to remount as rw

 The mount command must not hang given any options.
 It must return an error if the given options do not make sense to FreeBSD.
 of course I have already read the entire man page, but there is no
 remount feature.
 so I suggest this as a bug to be fixed.
