>Description:
	In FreeBSD 4.11, /usr/bin/ftp allow user to choose source IP
	using an option -s.

	It seems there is no built-in method to force ftp client
	to bind to specific IP address, this is regression.

	I've faced the problem with embedded NanoBSD running from flash;
	there is no way to use jail here to bind ftp (not speaking of overkill)
	and it's hard to add anywhing like libconnect to running image.

>How-To-Repeat:
	See description

>Fix:

	Current /usr/bin/ftp comes from lukemftp package that uses -s
	option for another purpose. Replacement option should be added
	to minimize POLA breakage.
